The Biography of the Metal

Our current Spitfire editions are forged from P7350, a Battle of Britain participant that remains in service with the Royal Air Force Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF). This metal has been carefully salvaged, preserved, and refined to ensure that the "scars" of its history—the subtle grains and textures of the original airframe—are present in every finished piece.
